TAWS BE Inspired #20

I'm back again, sharing a card that I created for The Alley Way Stamps BE Inspired Challenge #20.

Here is the inspiration photo:

I looked at the picture and the pink just popped out at me.  I knew pretty quickly that I wanted to use the flamingo image from the Tropic Topic and that I wanted to reflect it into the water.  I know the multiple Popsicles aren't really reflections in the above inspiration picture, but it inspired me to reflect my stamps!

I colored in the flamingo with my Spectrum Noir markers and then reflected it using acetate and a technique I posted about HERE.  I also cut out some clouds and inked around them to create the soft sky effect.  I also thought it would be cute to add in that little palm tree leaf up at the top, bunched with some banners and buttons.

Thanks for stopping by!

Stamps: The Alley Way Stamps
