Lawnscaping Challenge #56

Hi! It's time for another Lawnscaping Challenge!

We are sponsored by Lawn Fawn!

Ack! This challenge was SO open! There are so many people and things that inspire me.  Fashion, flowers, Pinterest, fellow crafters, even food has helped me create projects in the past.  So, I had a tough time deciding what to actually use as inspiration for this challenge.  In the end, I went with my first thought - another crafter.  There are so many times I see blog posts or browse papercrafting magazines and I can't help but drop what I'm doing to try a new technique.

So I chose a really fun, CAS card from fellow crafter, Jennifer Ingle.  Uh, yeah, she's pretty amazing! This was the card I chose:

You can find her original post HERE.  I just love her clean and simple style.  It always works!

And here is my card:

I kept the same idea of using washi as an anchor, but I used this darling giraffe from Critters on the Savanna along with some elements from A Birdie Told Me.

I colored everything in with Spectrum Noir Markers and adhered the bubble and giraffe with this adhesive foam.

Thanks for stopping by - I hope you will play along!!!
