Hi!
Today I have something a little different for you! I decided to post a digital scrapbook page I made. I was inspired to use a digi image from SP and Company. I don't mind printing them out and using them on cards, but I REALLY like using them in digi layouts. My scrap room and supplies are also being transitioned right now into a different area, so I had to compromise and go 100% digital this week! I was a little hesitant at first since I don't do much digi scrapping, but once I got into it, I really had fun.
I used the Dusty Butterfly image from SP and Company. I thought it worked so well on the digi Kraft stock (and make sure you check out SP's site - if digis don't float your boat, there are a TON of AWESOME and unique Photopolymer stamps and standard scrapping supplies!). For the image of my daughter, I took it into Photoshop and did a few fun actions and filters on it to achieve that vintage look. I am loving that look for pictures these days. My husband has an iPhone, so I introduced him to Instagram. What a mistake that was - now he uses awesome filters for every single picture he takes and rubs it in since I don't have an iPhone (yet)!!! ;-)
All of the other digi images are from freedigitalscrapbooking.com. If you are afraid to try digi scrapping, don't be!!! It's actually really easy and fun once you start. I like that I don't have to clean anything up after I'm done with my LO!
Don't forget to check out the Scrapmaster's Blog to see what all of the other DT Members have posted today. And pop back in every Wednesday to get inspired by the SP and Company Design Team!!!!
