I have a card using the darling seahorse from Sheena's newest collection, Under the Sea! It will be available soon on the Crafter's Companion website!
I colored in the seahorse using Spectrum Noirs (CT2 and CT4) and fussy cut him out. I created the background with watercolors and I used some embossing paste and a stencil to create the faux bubbles. The sentiment is from Sentimentals: Imagine.
