Sunny With a Side of Sparkle Blog Hop Day 2!

This collection is such a blast! I really enjoyed creating with these supplies.  The entire Collection is available in 1-click HERE.

For my first card, I used the new Twisted Sunburst Stencil.  I am a stencil freak and this is one of my all-time favorites! I can see myself using it over and over again.  I heat embossed the stunning Say It In Diamonds stamp set in the lower right corner.  I inked up the stencil with Sugared Lavender, Royal Treatment and Polished and then flicked water on it, along with a clear sparkle marker, just to add a little bit of shimmer.

Next, I used some patterned paper from the Paisley & Peacocks Patterned Paper.  You are going to LOVE this paper collection.  Every single piece is bright and vibrant and they match the CP inks PERFECTLY.  I actually used the papers to create most of my color palettes for these cards you see.  The sentiment is from the Love Is In The Air stamp set and that adorable little sprig is from Say It In Diamonds.  I used inks Grass Skirt, and Party Dress.

My next card has a ton of dimension, thanks to the Starlights stamp set and coordinating dies! Aren't those stars just fantastic? I created this card for my daughter's upcoming dance recital and I know she will love it.  I used inks Orange Twist, Melon Ice, Party Dress, Midnight, Lime Rickey, It's A Boy and All That Jazz.

By using the colors from Paisley & Peacocks Patterned Paper, this one was easy to create.  I think half of the battle is choosing ink colors, so it was all picked out for me.  I used inks Royal Treatment, Daydream and Lime Rickey.  I just adore the Say It In Diamonds set.  It makes it so easy to create all kinds of fun patterns!

Lastly, I used Say It In Diamonds again!  I couldn't help myself.  I just looked perfect on the vellum, on top of more Paisley & Peacocks Patterned Paper.  I used inks It's A Boy, Orange Twist, Party Dress and All That Jazz.
