There is a new collection from Catherine Pooler coming out! The Waves of Happiness Collection is darling AND there are FOUR more brand new inks!

To create this card, I used the Ocean Chums Stamp Set and Making Waves Background Stamp.

I just love the colors and the new Seaside Patterned Paper!
