YUM!

Hi there! I have a cute card that was pretty simple to make, but has a cool final effect!

I colored in this cute image (Strawberry Kisses Yum) and sentiment with my Spectrum Noir markers and then I ran it through my Cuttlebug to dry emboss it.  Did you know that there are a ton of embossing folders available in the Crafter's Companion store? This is a simple approach to making a card, but the final result is pretty cool!!!

And the Spectrum Noirs make it soooo easy to make images look amazing.  I used about 6 total markers on this card, and check out the depth on that dog! He was created using 2 colors, that's it!!! Cuteness!

I have a sweet card to share with you.  I used one of the images from the Strawberry Kisses Cuteness set.  I really love the Strawberry Kisses collections.  They are just so cuddly!

For this card, I stamped the dog and colored him in with these Spectrum Noir markers:



Then I die cut the dog and adhered him to a cream base that I dry embossed with a Darice Argyle Embossing Folder.

I took my ink pad and rubbed in it a circular motion directly onto the embossed cardstock.  I used a light tan since it wouldn't be a super strong color on the cream base.  I wanted to keep everything neutral so that red bow embellie would really pop!!!

Puppy Love!

I have a super cute card to share today! I am so in love with the dog from the Strawberry Kisses collections.  He reminds me so much of my dog I had growing up.  So, of course I colored him in like my beloved dog!

I stamped the image twice and paper pieced in the present and the bow to give the card a little lift.  Everything was colored in with my Spectrum Noir markers.

I added some Stickles to the packages and bows, too! And for the background, I dry embossed the cardstock and then sanded it down before adding just a little bit of white ink to it.  I love the effect it gives.
