For today, I have a fun Father's Day card. I'm still partial to the Hey Mister! set - I've used it over and over again. It is really one of my favorites.
I have visions of so many fun things I can do with the moustaches (I like to refer to them as 'Staches') and ties... And my BFF came over last weekend - this was the set she couldn't wait to get her hands on!!!
I also used the Big Bold Background stamp to give the card a little extra zing. It's stamped on VersaMark on some Bazzill stock. It just came out on the 10th of this month - brand spankin new! This is one I'd recommend getting ASAP. I've already used it over and over and over again. Yes, I have an obsession with trying to create my own patterned paper instead of using pre-bought, but obsession aside, I love it and I can't stop using it - even on little things, not just backgrounds!!!
I colored in the Stache with some Copics and adhered it to the plaid Basic Grey stock (which I cut out using a Spellbinders die) with some Stampin Up Dimensionals. I actually stacked the dimensionals three times to really make the Stache stand up.
Fun, huh?
Stop back later this week - I'll have another SP and Company card to show you. I'm doing the SPCC challenge this week, so that one will be up in a day or two.
Now, head on over to the Scrapmaster's Blog to get the full list of DT Members participating today!!!
