I've always loved the look of vellum on pretty much anything. I think it really adds an extra element to any project. So, I pulled out my Beatrix Potter - A Winter's Tale set. I think the fonts used in the set just work perfectly with this card.
I die cut a few pieces, stamped it and added in onto the card using clear adhesive. To finish it all off, I added some bling!
I recommend stamping vellum with Staz On ink if you have it. You can use other inks, too, but it will have to dry a long time or you will have to (carefully) use a heat gun to dry it.
