Let's Celebrate You...

Hi! I have a sweet little card to share with you.  Right now, the SP Design Team is on summer break.  And even though that is the case, I still wanted to ink up an SP Stamp and color it in!

I used the Gill Roberts Swinging Girl stamp.  She's so cute, right?!?! Then, I used two sentiments from The Birthday Family set.  I decided to do some stippling for the grass and sky (those are the dots) and I used Spectrum Noir markers to color her in ( PL2, PL3, PL4, BT3, BT4, IB1, IB2, FS5, FS8, EB5, EB7, GB3, GB7, GB8, LG2, LG3,LG5, CT4, PP4, PP5, HB2).

I hope you've been enjoying your summer so far! :)

Pinspired Challenge # 12

Hi there! I'm back with another Pinspired Challenge!

We are sponsored by SP & Company this month!

SP & Company specializes in high quality photopolymer clear stamps. Every stamp is designed or co-designed by the owner, Samantha Peyton. She's a stamp lover, and her collection of stamps was designed with other fellow stamp addicts in mind. SP & Company also offers a great kit club with 4 different options (starting at $13/month) to fit in with every crafter's budget. These wonderful stamps are all made in the USA. These stamps are not just any other clear stamps, they are some of the BEST quality clear stamps on the market today. They pick up ink beautifully and leave a great impression. Plus, they are clear so you can see exactly where you are stamping. More great design are released on a monthly basis so there is always something new and fresh at SP & Company Stamps.

I used the brand new Hedgie with Large Cupcake set for this card.  I was inspired by the soft greens and pop of red in the inspiration picture, so those were the colors I stuck with.

The Wish Big sentiment is from the Birthday Family stamp set.

Thanks for stopping by and make sure to play along with the challenge!!!

For my cute card, I used the new Hedgie with a Large Bouquet set from the Tina Wenke Collection.  Is he the cutest or what? I used my Spectrum Noir markers to color in the image and then I fussy cut around it and adhered it to the acetate window I cut.  The sentiment is from the Birthday Family stamp set (Gill Roberts Collection).  The patterned paper is from A Perfect Summer pad, which was available in the past Monthly Kit Club.

I think he is just the cutest!!!

I have been lucky enough to be a part of the SP & Company Family for a few years now and I can honestly say that not only is Sami (the owner) one of the sweetest people I've ever known, the quality of her product is beyond fantastic. The stamps always stamp perfectly (they are super high quality) and the new Chalk Inks blow me away! The recent die additions and additional products have been a dream come true.  She's a papercrafter that knows exactly what I'm looking for!!!!

For my project, I used the Gill Roberts Collection Birthday Family stamp set and coordinating die.  This image reminds me of my two kids and I thought it was so cute!

I tried to keep the color scheme the same as the inspiration picture, using quite a bit of purples and pinks, along with yellow.  I colored everything in with Spectrum Noir markers.

I added some enamel dots as the final touch to the card.

I gave this to my husband for this birthday this past weekend and he loved it!

I hope you will play along with the current challenge!!!!
