I loved the colors of the mood board, so I went with those and those little speckles for the background!

I used the little triangles from Birthday Tags for the background and Blue Skies (stamp set and Lawn Cuts) along with Scripty For You as the focal points.

Everything was colored in with Spectrum Noir Markers and I paper pieced Let's Polka patterned paper for the balloon!

I hope you will play along!

Ellen Hutson is sponsoring our first challenge of each month. The prize? A $25 gift certificate to the online store! Thank you Ellen!

And I just really, really, really wanted to watercolor everything in.  So I did.  :)  I used my Spectrum Aqua Markers along with some Gansai Tambi watercolors,

I really hope you will play along with us!

I used Critters Ever After along with Let's Polka and the Scalloped Circle Stackables (but to emboss, not as a die).

Fun, right? I added some splatters and star sequins for a fun little touch.

I hope you will join in on the fun and play along with us! Thanks for stopping by today!

Lawnscaping Challenge 104: Sketch sponsored by Lawn Fawn

Welcome back to another Lawnscaping Challenge - my favorite thing about Mondays! :)

We are sponsored by Lawn Fawn! Thank you Kelly Marie and gang for sponsoring us! We love you!

And for my creation, using the sketch:

I used the Say Cheese set (one of my all time favorites) along with Lucky Stars.  I colored everything in with the Spectrum Noir blendable colored pencils and added some Let's Polka patterned paper in the background to go along with that sketch!

I'll admit it, I don't use sketches often, so this was a challenge to me.  But after several tries, I'm happy with the finished card! I hope you are inspired to play along!
