Sweet {Anniversary} New Release

Hi!
It's that time! Sweet Stamp Shop New Release Day!!!! And.. this month is extra special!!! There is a super duper awesome bundle on sale (while supplies last) in honor of the Sweet Anniversary! Say what?! Yep!!!! Hurry up and order before they are all gone!

How much fun are these new release sets?!?!? Honestly.  When I first saw them, I squealed and then laughed.  Then I squealed again.  As usual, I can't decide which set is my favorite because they are all fun and fabulous!

So, my kiddo is always telling me knock, knock jokes, which means this set cracked me up.  Hers don't make much sense (she's almost 6, so she doesn't quite get how it works yet), but I read her the sentiment on this Knock Knock set and she couldn't stop laughing! I thought it would be fun to die cut a word bubble and use the die and the negative to differentiate who was telling the joke.  

And using the same set, I had to follow it up with the Kale-ing me card.  Because, for real, it was killing (kaleing) me! I heat embossed the image and then colored it in with watercolor markers.  If you like this look, I'll have a post up on the Sweet Blog soon, sharing exactly how to achieve this effect!

Sweet New JULY Release!

Hi! Today is the big day! It's finally here - the July Release for Sweet Stamp Shop! Woo hoo!!!! I used images from the brand new (and hilarious) Big Dill set.  This baby is 2x6 and chock full of goodness!

I mean, for real?! How funny, right? I had so many "Anchorman" quotes running through my head as I made this one...

I also made a smaller card with a few more images from the same set and paired it with a few things from the Hip Veggie and Foodie sets. I've said it before and I'll say it again - I LOVE how all of my Sweet Stamps can work together.

There are a whole bunch of new sets out, too, not just this one! And... WARNING! They sell out super duper fast, so don't wait! Head on over to the store ASAP!

Sweet New Release!

Today's the big day! It's the Sweet Stamp Shop New Release!

I had a blast playing around with these sets (I mean, how cute are these treats?!).  They are on the smaller side, which I love because not only do they work on cards and layouts, you can use them in planners too! This set is called 3x3 Treats.

That hilarious sentiment is from the 2x6 Little Cooler.  Yet again, ALL stamps seem to always work together.  Just one of the things I love about Sweet! I colored in everything with colored pencils and added some Glossy Accents, just to give a little bit of that real look to the ice cream and Popsicle.

And really, how much fun are the donuts? I combined the 3x3 Treats set with Alpha Tabs to make my own punny sentiment. I added some chunky glitter because, well, I wanted sparkly sprinkles on my donut.

And lastly, I pulled out the 'ol planner and started to get stamp happy.  The new 4x6 Just Icons is fabulous for planners (and cards, too!).  I'm not even a 'planner person' and these stamps make my planner look pretty awesome.  Sometimes I feel like Sweet can secretly read my mind because the stamp sets always seem to be exactly what I need!

OK, now RUN to the Sweet Store.  Don't walk.  For real, well virtually run, I guess.  These things sell out like hot cakes.
