Create A Card Dies: Christmas!

Hi! The new Create-A-Card Christmas dies are here! Hey, I know it's August and the holidays seem far away, but they will be here before you know it! These die make card creating a breeze!!!!

For this card, I used the Fireside Die.  I die cut it from some Kraft cardstock and added Memento's Wedding Dress white ink to it, along with some Distress Inks (Mowed Lawn, Peacock Feathers, Vintage Photo and Barn Door).  To make the background pop, I used some Shimmering Gold Dust cardstock.

To finish everything off, I used a sentiment from the Sentimentals: Mistletoe Kisses set and I just fussy cut around it. Doesn't this card just give a warm, cozy feeling? It actually makes me look forward to the holidays (not the cold weather, though!).

Create A Card Word Dies!

Hi! Have you seen the Create A Card dies yet, available from Crafter's Companion? They are so much fun! I used the Birthday Celebration die for this bright and happy creation!

I die cut the image, then added some color with my Spectrum Aquas (Blossom, Sunset, Meadow, Bud Green, Aquamarine). I also added in some Silver Shimmer Spritz to add a little shine to the card.

Create A Card Dies!

Hi! The brand new, awesomely fun Create A Card die collection is finally here!!!!

These dies are seriously a blast to work with! There are so many options to create a fast, but amazing card. I used the Birthday Celebration die along with some Distress Inks (Peacock Feathers, Picked Raspberry, Spiced Marmalade, Squeezed Lemonade) to whip up this card.  Fun, right? I can't wait to get my hands on some more of these!!!!

Adore Heart Aperture Dies

Crafter's Companion has just released more Die'Sire Create A Card dies and they make life so easy! These dies create the card for you!

This die is called Adore.  It is so intricate and beautiful! I simply used the die as an embossing plate on my card panel, added Distress Inks (Barn Door, Squeezed Lemonade, Mustard Seed, Spiced Marmalade, Ripe Persimmon) and then die cut the die on black and added certain elements from the die to the card. The sentiment I chose is from the Sentimentals: Greetings EZ Mount Stamp set.
