Spectrum Noir October Challenge!

Hi!
It's a new month, so that means it's time for a new Spectrum Noir Challenge! And we're making it easier than ever to play along with us each month! If you choose to follow the theme our design team is using, you'll be in with a chance to win $30/£30 in Spectrum Noir products. Don't want to use that theme? No problem! Add any project you like to our challenge gallery, and you'll be in with a chance of winning top card honors!

For my creation, I used Spectrum Aquas Orange, Black, Bud Green, Moss, Purple, and Orchid along with a waterbrush. Once they were dry, I spritzed some water onto the background to create those splatters.

To create the no-line watercoloring effect, I stamped the vampire image in Distress Ink Scattered Straw so it would blend in as I colored with the Spectrum Aquas and water.

I hope you will play along to win! Click HERE to enter!

Lawnscaping Challenge #127: Beautiful Florals

Welcome to another fantastic Lawnscaping Challenge!!!

Ellen Hutson is sponsoring our first challenge of each. The prize? A $25 gift certificate to the online store! Thank you Ellen!

I used the beautiful roses from the new Fairy Friends set! I first added Distress Ink to the card base, then stamped the images and heat embossed them. Using a waterbrush, I removed some of the color inside the flowers and replaced it using some Spectrum Noir Sparkle pens.

You can really see the sparkly goodness in this image below:

I hope you will play along with us to win!

SUPPLIES:

Stamps: Lawn Fawn
Ink: VersaMark, Distress Ink
