Crafter's Companion April Challenge

Have you played along in the Crafter's Companion Challenge yet this month? The theme is floral!

I used Sheena's Floral Fantasy: Wild Rose & Hibiscus along with Distress Inks Mustard Seed, Worn Lipstick, Peeled Paint, and Broken China.  I used Spectrum Noirs: BT2 and the Blender and some Frosted Lace Stickles for that extra shimmer.

I created this sweet card using one of my favorite Crafter's Companion Stamp Sets: Sheena's Wild Rose and Hibiscus.  I am always looking for a reason to use it!

I stamped (Tuxedo Black) the image and then colored it in using my Spectrum Noir markers (CR1, CR4, CR7, LG2, LG4, LG5, CT3, IG1) and then die cut it. After that, I die cut the same image, but this time I also cut out a circle in the center and adhered them together.

The stunning lace on the bottom is from Stamp It Set 63 (Ornate Accessories) and the sentiment is from Sentimentals Imagine.

Hi!
I almost always stamp using Memento Tuxedo Black.  So, I decided to go out of the box and experiment with using some Memento Delicata Golden Glitz ink (coming soon to the Crafter's Companion store).  The flowers are from Sheena's Floral Fantasy: Wild Rose and Hibiscus.

I think the gold ink is just stunning and gives the project a different look! That cute sentiment is from Camden Town: Female 1.

I used my Spectrum Noir Markers (HB1, HB2, HB3, CT3, CT4, BGR1) to color the flowers in.

Hi there!

I wanted to share a project I made using Crafter's Companion supplies.  I am so in love with this Sheena set! It's part of the Floral Fantasy collection and it's called Wild Rose and Hibiscus.

I wanted to create a panel and then have the flowers pop up and slightly cover that panel.  So, I stamped them on the card base (Memento Tuxedo Black Ink) and on a second sheet of paper, colored them in, and then paper pieced them onto the card once I adhered the panel.

I love the effect it gives! I used a sentiment that came with the Crafter's Companion UK Magazine.  Everything was colored in using Spectrum Noir markers (Colors Used: LG3, LG4, PP2, PP4, CT3).
