You're a Rare Find!

I'm up on the Party Time Tuesdays blog today, re-sharing this Winter card I made! I live near Chicago, and it feels like Winter will never end here!!! :)

I used Lawn Fawn's Yeti Set Go set to create that little guy and Lawn Cuts Circle Stackables to make that window!

I brushed watercolors on the paper and then heat embossed some snowflakes from the Lawn Fawn Frosties set in clear embossing powder when it dried.

OK.  I used a heat gun to make it dry faster.  I think we all know I couldn't wait long enough for it to dry on it's own!!!

I used Spectrum Noirs (BT3, BT1, BT2, IG1, IG2, PP2) ro color everything in.

Head on over to the Party Time Tuesdays blog and follow us with Bloglovin! There is great inspiration there everyday!!!

Teacher Cards and Coordinating Tags

Hi! I wanted to share how I made some cute teacher cards and tags, using A Good Apple and Yeti Set Go! I thought it would be fun to have a whiteboard with some holiday images stacked up.

I laid everything out and then stamped it in Memento Tuxedo Black ink.

I wanted to highlight the 'teacher,' so that was stamped in Lady Bug red.

Then I took some Pumice Stone and brushed it onto the whiteboard.  I didn't want it too bright!!!

I colored everything in with Spectrum Noir markers and I used some VersaMark Dazzle to add some shimmery snowflakes in the back.  I also added more shimmer to the trees with my Wink of Stella pen.

For the tags, I inked them up, stamped them and the die cut them with the coordination Lawn Cut, Tag You're It.

I colored the edges of the tag and added some trees, to pull it all together!

Here are the final cards and tags:

This was pretty quick to do and very simple.  I know that my daughter's teachers will appreciate it!

I hope you have a wonderful Holiday Season!!!
